Our standard commission is 16% for individual bookings, 18% for group bookings (10+ guests), and 20% for full ship charters. Top-performing advisors may qualify for additional bonuses and incentives.

Commissions are paid within 30 days after the completion of the cruise. We offer direct deposit for faster payment processing.

We provide a comprehensive marketing toolkit including brochures, images, videos, email templates, social media content, and custom landing pages. Advisors may also qualify for co-op marketing funds.
